Work ON Your Business--Not Just IN Your Business! This highly personalized, interactive weekend
retreat is for leaders who want to get their business focused for the next 12 months. The program begins on Friday afternoon
and concludes Sunday evening.
The nature of the retreat is to blend group work with individual exercises and the one-on-one guided facilitation
of program founder, Cliff Perotti. Prior to arriving at the Strategic Planning Retreat, participants are emailed a workbook
containing thought-provoking questions about the current status of their business. This workbook is to be completed prior
and brought to the retreat. At the end of the retreat, participants will have the foundation of an Annual Strategic Plan for
the company.
This program is ideal for individual Broker-Owners who need help in getting their strategic planning together
or for a company to use as a team-building and planning session for their entire leadership team
