Cliff's Background...
Cliff Perotti is an accomplished 22 year real estate veteran and recipient
of six national designations in real estate and several awards for community leadership. He has sold or
acquired hundreds of properties in dozens of markets and currently guides over $4 million in real estate investment
capital, representing property holdings in excess of $14 million.
He has been a speaker to the National Association
of Realtors, several state associations across the U.S., and large real estate companies in Canada and Mexico.
He has trained over 2000 real estate agents in his career and has recently authored the book, "The Real Estate Entrepreneur" which is hit shelves in May 2007.

Paul Elmquist
Paul has worked closely with Mr. Perotti as part of his private sales
team for the last few years. He has a background in marketing, communications systems and financial forecasting. He is the Chief
Operating Officer at The Perotti Group, managing all aspects of investment documentation, analysis and
marketing of investment offerings to their clientele. Mr. Elmquist is also our Self-Directed IRA liaison, assisting clients
who are investing with self-directed IRA funds.
